RCW-Aerospace - Specialist Welding Systems offer a range of welding chambers and anciliary equipment for the production of X-Ray quality welded components in Titanium, Stainless Steel & other Oxygen sensitive materials.
The welding chambers offer a consistant Inert Gas (Argon) atmosphere with Oxygen contamination levels as low as 10 Parts Per Million.
Gas flow control is extremely effective and will create significant cost-savings compared with standard flood boxes and other wasteful processes / devices.

    RCW-AEROSPACE - REVOLVING WORKSTATION
     
    Revolving & Tilting work station
     
    This piece of equipment allows the work-piece to be rotated, tilted and lowered into any chosen position. The work station can also be supplied with an 'X' & 'Y' Axis movement. Loading trolley is also available if work-piece requires mounting first outside the chamber.
